[origin: WO2012016891A1] The invention relates to a device for the UV irradiation of objects, in particular for curing coatings, comprising a plurality of UV emitter modules (12) each comprising an LED arrangement (16) arranged on a carrier (14) in planar fashion. The invention proposes that each UV emitter module (12) has a flat cable connection (20) provided with a multiplicity of connecting lines (40) for electrically connecting the LED arrangement (16), and that the flat cable connection (20) is arranged on a connection side (18) of the carrier (14), which connection side can be attached or is attached to a further UV emitter module (12).
