[origin: EP2602397A2] The element has a grid support layer (8) which is formed by interconnecting the truss panels (6,7) made of steel. The grid support layer is formed between a reinforcement layer and a space-facing outer side of controlling element. A temperature control fluid piping (9) is provided between grid support layer and room-facing outer side of controlling element. A control layer is surrounded by grid support layer and temperature control fluid piping. The truss panels of gird support layer are spaced apart.
