[origin: EP2602405A1] The stud (1) has a hollow conical lower part (2) forming a drilling zone and extended by a hollow cylindrical upper part (3) that forms a stabilization part, where zones have a continuous outer helicoid net (4). The upper part has an inner thread (5) according to a fine pitch to receive an adjustable support element (6). A hollow cylindrical body (7) with an outer thread (8) is surmounted on a fixing base (9) of construction so as to be mounted in the upper part by screwing and adjusted in height by screwing/unscrewing according to levels of different elements.
