[origin: EP2604140A1] The link (4) has a central core (41) connecting a lower wing (42) and an upper wing (43), where length of the upper wing is different from length of the lower wing. The lower and upper wings comprise left and right parts, where the left part of the upper wing has first thickness, the right part of the upper wing has second thickness, the left part of the lower wing has third thickness, the right part of the lower wing has fourth thickness, where the sum of the first and third thicknesses is less than the sum of the second and fourth thicknesses. An independent claim is also included for a device for fastening a closure to a watch band strand.
