[origin: EP2604346A1] The installation has a workshop including a ball mill (11) and a separator (12), where an output of the ball mill is connected to an input of the separator. Another workshop includes another separator (22) and another ball mill (21), where the latter separator is supplied with a material from the former separator. The former separator operates at a tangential velocity of 15-25 meters per second (m/s) and a radial speed of 3.5-5 m/s. The latter separator operates at a tangential velocity of 20-50 m/s and a radial velocity of 2.5-4 m/s. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for grinding a raw material (2) a method for manufacturing a hydraulic binder.
