Abstract (en)
The method involves forming a groove non-cuttingly on an outer side of an annular circumferential wall. A set of pressing tool segments (31, 32) having a part-annular projection is delivered to the circumferential wall. A perform of the groove is formed. Another set of pressing tool segments (41, 42) is delivered to the circumferential wall with a part-annular projection and rotated related to the circumferential wall at a twisting angle of about 90 degrees. A metal sheet workpiece (10) is transported from a pressing tool (30) to another pressing tool (40).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines topfförmigen Blechwerkstückes (10) mit einer Nabe (12), an welcher eine ringförmige Umfangswand (14) vorsteht, wobei an einer Außenseite der Umfangswand (14) wenigstens eine Rille (16) spanlos eingeformt wird. Zum Einformen der Rille (16) werden in einem ersten Pressenschritt zwei Pressenwerkzeugsegmente (31,32) mit jeweils einem teilringförmigen Vorsprung (36) in einer ersten Zustellung an die Umfangswand (14) zugestellt werden, wobei eine Vorform der Rille (16) gebildet wird. Anschließend werden in einem zweiten Pressenschritt zwei Pressenwerkzeugsegmente (41,42) mit jeweils einem teilringförmigen Vorsprung (36) an die Umfangswand (14) in einer zweiten Zustellung zugestellt, welche bezogen auf die Umfangswand (14) um einen Verdrehwinkel verdreht zur ersten Zustellung ist.
