Abstract (en)
The method involves packaging a food substance in a flexible pocket, and sealingly closing the pocket. The food substance in the pocket is pasteurized and cooled. An outer envelope i.e. sleeve, is placed around the sealed pocket. The envelope and the pocket are firmly connected. The envelope is obtained by folding of a blank along folding lines (P1, P1'), where the blank comprises panels (21', 21'', 22-26) that form walls of the envelope after folding of the blank. An independent claim is also included for a package for containing food substance.

L'invention concerne un emballage (1) pour produit alimentaire comprenant une poche souple (3) destinée à recevoir un produit alimentaire et solidarisée à une enveloppe (2) extérieure obtenue par pliage d'un flan (F) comprenant plusieurs panneaux qui constituent une fois pliés les parois de ladite enveloppe (2), ladite enveloppe (2) pouvant prendre une position pliée de stockage et une position dépliée facilitant l'accès audit produit alimentaire. Selon l'invention, l'enveloppe (2) comprend au moins deux languettes (0 1 , 0 2 ) d'ouverture de l'emballage situées respectivement sur des parois opposées de l'enveloppe (2).
