[origin: EP2607069A1] The device has a planetary carrier (18) driven in a predetermined rotational direction at a predetermined rotational speed around a stationary axis. Roller star units (34, 36) are arranged to be guided along curved guide surfaces (52, 54) of two cam disks (48, 50). The curved guide surfaces are arranged on an outside periphery of the cam disks. A drive for the cam disk units is designed to rotate the cam disk units around a horizontal axis (20) in a rotational direction of the carrier at the predetermined rotational speed, which is double than the rotational speed of the carrier.
