Abstract (en)
The arrangement (1) has a sliding guide shoe (4) which is moved along a guide rail for guiding a car cage of the lift such that sliding surface (16) of sliding guide shoe is associated with a guide surface of guide rail. The sliding surface is provided with a damping region (29) that is pressed against guide surface of guide rail with aid of an activatable control device (6) and an electric motor (23), for reducing vertical oscillations of car cage during standstill. An independent claim is included for method for operating lift for carrying people or goods.

Eine Vorrichtung für einen Aufzug zur Personen- oder Warenbeförderung verfügt über einen an einer Führungsschiene (3) zum Führen einer Kabine (2) des Aufzugs entlang fahrbaren Gleitführungsschuh (4). In einer einer Führungsfläche (11 , 12) der Führungsschiene (3) zugeordneten Gleitfläche (14 , 16) des Gleitführungsschuhs (4) wenigstens ein Dämpfungsbereich (18, 19, 20, 29) angeordnet ist, der zur Reduktion von Vertikalschwingungen der Kabine (2) während einem Stillstand mit Hilfe einer aktivierbaren Stelleinrichtung (6) mit einem Elektromotor (23) gegen die Führungsfläche (11, 12) pressbar ist.
