[origin: EP2607560A2] The plate connecting element (1) has insulator (2) that is arranged between structural section and upstream plate in the inserted state. The intersecting connecting rods (3,4) for receiving forces acting on upstream plate along horizontal plane, are made to pass through the insulator and are connected with a sheet metal cross element (5). An anchor (6) is frictionally connected with the sheet metal cross element and is projected into the upstream plate or structural element in the assembled state.
