[origin: EP2607564A1] The slab (1) has a frame (2) made from profiles (3) and abutting a web (4) fixed on the frame. Each profile includes a top wall (31), a sidewall (32), and a back wall (33) joining free ends of upper and side walls, so that a cross-section of each profile is in the shape of a triangle. The top wall is provided with a housing (36) cooperating removably with a clip (6) for fixing the web stretched over the frame by holding it tightly in the housing by the clip. The side wall of each profile is provided with a recess (34).
