[origin: EP2607584A2] The tape has a hinge portion (1) which is provided for increasing the break-down security, and an insert (2) is provided in the hinge portion. The insert comprises degree of freedom around own axis (A), and is rotationally symmetric. A hole (3) is formed in the hinge portion, and the insert is arranged in the hole. A securing element is provided to secure the insert in the hinge portion.
