Abstract (en)
The actuator has a movable trolley (82) moving between two positions according to a preset trajectory (D1). An open chain (84) is engaged with the pinion and articulated on the trolley. A core (88) defines an elongated housing (L1) for guiding the chain and the trolley. The housing includes a trolley receiving zone in one of the positions. The housing is bordered by and emerged in a partial receiving cavity of two links (841, 842) of the chain, where an angle (beta) higher than 45 degrees is formed between longitudinal axes (A841, A842) of the links. The trolley is located in the receiving zone.

Cet actionneur électrique à chaîne (84) pour ouvrant comprend un moteur électrique entraînant un pignon, un chariot (82) mobile selon une trajectoire prédéterminée (D1), entre une première position et une deuxième position, une chaîne ouverte (84) en prise avec le pignon et articulée sur le chariot ainsi qu'une âme (88) définissant un logement allongé (L1) de guidage de la chaîne et du chariot, ce logement comprenant, à une extrémité, une zone de réception du chariot dans sa première position. Le logement (L1) est bordé par, et débouche dans, une cavité de réception partielle d'au moins deux maillons (841, 842) de la chaîne dans une configuration où des axes longitudinaux respectifs (A841, A842) de ces maillons forment entre eux un angle (²) supérieur à 45°, alors que le chariot (82) est en place dans la zone de réception.
