The angle grinder (1) has an internal combustion engine (12) to which fuel is fed through an injection valve, a crankcase (16), and a crankshaft (26) rotatably mounted about rotation axis (17). A fan which conveys cooling air for the internal combustion engine, is arranged in a fan housing (32). A connecting port is formed in the fan housing for mounting an injection valve in the cooling area (64) for making cool air to flow through the fan. The connecting port is arranged above the pressure range of the fan housing.

Ein Arbeitsgerät besitzt einen Verbrennungsmotor (12), dem über ein Einspritzventil (43) Kraftstoff zugeführt wird. Der Verbrennungsmotor (12) besitzt ein Kurbelgehäuse (16), in dem eine Kurbelwelle (26) um eine Drehachse (17) drehbar gelagert ist. Das Arbeitgerät besitzt ein Lüfterrad (39) zur Förderung von Kühlluft für den Verbrennungsmotor (12), das in einem Lüftergehäuse (32) angeordnet ist. Um eine gute Kühlung des Einspritzventils (43) zu erreichen, ist vorgesehen, dass im Lüftergehäuse (32) eine Verbindungsöffnung (48) ausgebildet ist. Das Einspritzventil (43) ist in einem Kühlbereich (64) angeordnet, in den über die Verbindungsöffnung (48) vom Lüfterrad (39) geförderte Kühlluft strömt.
