[origin: EP2607706A2] The pump has a rotor with rotor disks (12) and a stator arranged in a pump casing. The stator has annular stator disks (14) and stator rings (22) arranged between the adjacent rotor disks. A spring element (24) is arranged between the adjacent stator disks and pushes apart the stator disks and stator rings, where axial forces (26, 28) act on the stator disks and stator rings by the spring element. The spring element surrounds the rotor disks and is comprised of elastomer. A housing flange (32) axially lies at the casing.
