[origin: EP2607969A1] The timepiece movement (1) has a resonator (3) that is mounted between a bar (2) and a bottom plate (4) and provided with a balance (5). A balance spring (7) is formed from a ferromagnetic material and is provided with a magnetic polarizing device (15) for the balance spring for maintaining a predefined state of polarization in the balance spring. A permanent magnetizing module is provided to form a magnetic field in the plane of the balance spring to totally or almost totally magnetically saturate the balance spring in the absence of an external magnetic field.
