Abstract (en)
The element (10) has an inner conductor (12) i.e. signal line, with periodical transient characteristic, and an outer conductor (14) surrounding the inner conductor in circumferential direction. An insulating sleeve (16) is arranged between the inner and outer conductors and made of electrically non-conducting plastic material. An inner side (22) of the sleeve is turned toward the inner conductor, and an outer side of the sleeve is turned toward the outer conductor. The sleeve is formed as an injection molded part and patterned at the outer side.

Koaxiales elektrisches Übertragungselement (10) umfassend einen Innenleiter (12) mit frequenzabhängigem Übertragungsverhalten, einen Außenleiter (14), der den Innenleiter (12) in Umfangsrichtung umgibt, und eine Isolierhülse (16), die zwischen dem Innenleiter (12) und dem Außenleiter (14) angeordnet ist, wobei die Isolierhülse (16) aus einem elektrisch nicht leitenden Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und eine dem Innenleiter (12) zugewandte Innenseite (22) und eine dem Außenleiter (14) zugewandte Außenseite (24) aufweist. Um das Übertragungselement derart weiterzubilden, dass es kostengünstiger hergestellt werden kann, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Isolierhülse (16) als Spritzgussteil ausgestaltet ist und auf ihrer Innenseite (22) und/oder ihrer Außenseite (24) strukturiert ist.
