Abstract (en)
The method involves switching-off a main electric motor (M1) during idle state of a hydraulic press machine. A main pump (P1) is switched-on to boot up a main electric motor in a driving mode. The hydraulic fluid is conveyed through an auxiliary drive unit by the main pump so that the main pump is provided to drive the main motor. The main electric motor is supplied with electric power for reaching a predetermined rotation speed, while switching the main pump to a pumping mode.

Zur Steuerung einer hydraulischen Presse, die zumindest eine Haupt-Pumpe (P 1 ) aufweist, die mittels eines Haupt-Elektromotors (M 1 ) antreibbar ist und mittels der eine Hydraulikflüssigkeit zu einem verstellbaren Pressenteil (S) förderbar ist, wird der Haupt-Elektromotor (M 1 ) während einer Leerlaufphase der hydraulischen Presse abgeschaltet und am Ende der Leerlaufphase wieder eingeschaltet und auf eine vorbestimmte Drehzahl hochgefahren. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Haupt-Pumpe (P 1 ) zum Hochfahren des Haupt-Elektromotors (M 1 ) in einen Antriebsmodus geschaltet wird, in dem sie von der sie durchströmenden Hydraulikflüssigkeit angetrieben ist und den Haupt-Elektromotor (M 1 ) antreibt. Die Hydraulikflüssigkeit wird mittels eines Hilfsantriebs (Mh, Ph, M 2 , P 2 , S) durch die Haupt-Pumpe (P 1 ) gefördert, so dass die Haupt-Pumpe (P 1 ) den Haupt-Elektromotor (M 1 ) antreibt, wobei der Haupt-Elektromotor (M 1 )bei Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Drehzahl mit elektrischer Energie versorgt und die Haupt-Pumpe (P 1 ) in einen Pumpenmodus geschaltet wird.
