Abstract (en)
The oven has muffle (1) and bottom heater (4). The heater is provided to heat the muffle from downside. The lateral ventilation opening is provided at side wall of muffle. An air conveyor (10) is provided in thermal contact with heater to convey the hot air from lateral ventilation opening through channel (8) which is arranged below the muffle.

Um in einem Backofen einen Heissluftstrom zu erzeugen, ist im thermischen Kontakt mit der Unterhitze (4) ein Kanal (8) vorgesehen, durch welchen Luft gefördert werden kann. Hierdurch entfällt eine separate, für Heissluft-Backöfen übliche Kammer an der Rückseite der Muffel (1).
