Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a foot (4) to rest on the ground (9) for maintaining a cane (7). A tab (3) is articulated to a main body (2) and intended to be connected with the cane, where the device is movable between a rest position in which the tab and the main body are applied against one another, and a deployed position in which the main body forms a non-zero angle with the tab. The main body carries the foot of the holding device at its opposite end to the tab, where the main body is automatically recalled to the deployed position relative to the tab. An independent claim is also included for a cane.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de maintien (1) destiné à supporter une canne (7), le dispositif comportant un pied (4) apte à reposer sur le sol (9) pour le maintien de la canne (7), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps principal (2) et une patte (3) articulée audit corps (2) et destinée à être solidarisée avec la canne (7), ledit dispositif (1) étant déplaçable entre une position de repos dans laquelle la patte (3) et le corps principal (2) sont appliqués l'un contre l'autre et une position de déploiement dans laquelle le corps principal (2) forme un angle non nul avec ladite patte (3), ledit corps principal (2) portant le pied (4) du dispositif de maintien (1) à son extrémité opposée à ladite patte (3). Application pour le maintien en position d'un objet longiforme, notamment d'une canne en position inversée sensiblement verticale.
