[origin: EP2613058A2] The hydraulic system has a closed hydraulic circuit that is provided with a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor. A feed pump is located to compensate for volume loss in the closed circuit. A flushing device is provided for feeding out a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the closed circuit. The flushing device is executed such that the fluid flow exit points depending on the temperature of the hydraulic fluid. An independent claim is included for method for operation of the hydraulic system.
