Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012031695A1] A method for controlling a drive system (1) of a hybrid vehicle (2) is presented, wherein the drive system (1) comprises - an electric traction machine (3) which is operatively connected to a wheel (4) of the hybrid vehicle (2) in order to transmit traction power (9) or regenerative power (91), - an internal combustion engine (5), - a motor/generator (6) which is operatively connected to a crankshaft (10) of the internal combustion engine (5), - a high voltage battery (7) which is electrically connected to the electric traction machine (3) and to the motor/generator (6), wherein a braking function for braking the motor vehicle (2) has a generator operating function of the electric traction machine (3) and wherein electrical energy is fed to the motor/generator (6) during the generator operating function and during a simultaneously present charge-limiting state of the high voltage battery (7), by means of which electrical energy the motor/generator (6) drives the internal combustion engine (5) in the form of an overrun mode (111), wherein the internal combustion engine (5) and the motor/generator (6) are respectively decoupled from the electric traction machine (3) and the wheel (4). According to the invention, when the overrun mode (111) starts a first and a second internal combustion engine brake device are successively activated.
