[origin: WO2012031895A2] The invention relates to a domestic refrigerator (1), having a thermally insulating internal container (9) having an internal space (2, 3), which can be cooled, for storing products which are to be refrigerated, a refrigeration apparatus for cooling the internal space (2, 3), a control apparatus (10) for actuating the refrigeration apparatus so that it at least approximately cools the internal space (2, 3) to an adjustable setpoint temperature, and an adjustment apparatus (12), which is coupled to the control apparatus (10), for adjusting the setpoint temperature. The domestic refrigerator (1) has a data memory (15) in which a data record which contains information about a firmly prescribed setpoint temperature for the internal space (2, 3) is permanently stored. The adjustment apparatus (12) has an input means (19) and, when said input means is operated, the control apparatus (10) automatically calls up the data record in order to actuate the refrigeration apparatus in accordance with the firmly prescribed setpoint temperature in the data record.
