Abstract (en)
The element (1) has an exterior wall panel (3) including an internal face plated on a framework (2) to form a wall of the element. The panel comprises an external coating partition (4) made of concrete and fixed on the framework by junction devices (6) that are fixed on the partition and on vertical uprights (20b) and/or horizontal uprights (21a) of the framework, at same time. Each junction device includes a part (60) extending along concrete of the partition, and another part (61) projecting from the partition and fixed on the vertical and/or the horizontal uprights by screwing or nailing. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a construction element.

Elément de construction (1) modulaire préfabriqué pour la réalisation de mur, du type comprenant : - une ossature (2) pourvue de montants verticaux (20b) et horizontaux (21 a, 21 b) formant les arêtes dudit élément de construction, dont au moins un montant vertical et/ou horizontal de bordure s'étendant sur un rebord vertical et/ou horizontal dudit élément de construction ; et - un panneau de façade (3) présentant une face interne plaquée sur l'ossature pour former une paroi et présentant au moins une bordure verticale et/ou horizontale (32) dépassant du montant vertical et/ou horizontal de bordure concerné pour délimiter au moins une encoche verticale et/ou horizontale (33) s'étendant sur toute la hauteur et/ou largeur dudit élément de construction afin de définir au moins partiellement un coffrage pour couler au moins un poteau vertical et/ou au moins une rive de dalle horizontale ; où le panneau de façade comporte une cloison de revêtement (4) extérieur en béton fixée sur l'ossature (2) au moyen de dispositifs de jonction (6) fixés à la fois sur la cloison de revêtement (4) et sur les montants verticaux et/ou horizontaux de l'ossature en étant partiellement coulés dans le béton. La présente invention trouve une application dans le domaine de la construction modulaire de bâtiments sur un ou plusieurs étages.
