The guide vane ring (1) has multiple guide vane segments (2), at which damping elements (12) rotating adjacent inner cover band (8) and damping element receivers (14) are integrally formed. The damping elements are guided in the circumferential direction over opposite-lying side edges of the adjacent inner cover band. The damping elements are non-positively clamped in the damping element receivers with its respective projected friction portion. The damping elements or the damping element receivers have a cellular material structure. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a guide vane segment of a guide vane ring.

Offenbart sind ein Leitschaufelring mit einer Vielzahl von Leitschaufelsegmenten, an deren benachbarten Innendeckbändern abwechselnd jeweils zumindest ein Dämpfungselement und zumindest jeweils eine Dämpfungselementenaufnahme einer Dämpfungseinrichtung integral ausgebildet ist, wobei die Dämpfungselemente in Umfangsrichtung über gegenüberliegende Seitenkanten der benachbarten Innendeckbänder hinaus geführt sind und mit ihrem jeweils vorspringenden Reibabschnitt kraftschlüssig in der Dämpfungselementenaufnahme eingespannt sind, ein Leitschaufelsegment für einen derartigen Leitschaufelring, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Leitschaufelsegmentes sowie eine Strömungsmaschine.
