Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012034242A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for transferring planar products (3), comprising a feeding apparatus (10) for feeding consecutive planar products (3) in a first conveying direction (F1) along a feeding segment (11) of the feeding apparatus (10), and a removing apparatus (30) having grippers (31) that can be moved in a second conveying direction (F2) for removing the products (3) fed to a product transfer zone (2.1, 2.2) by the feeding apparatus (10), the grippers (31) being designed to grasp the products (3) in the area of a product edge (4) running in front, and at least one edge stop element (51) being associated with the removing apparatus (30) so that the products (3) are taken over by the grippers (31) in a positionally accurate manner in the insertion direction (E1). The invention is characterized in that a circulating apparatus (50) having a plurality of edge stop elements (51) guided along a closed circulating track (U2) is associated with the removing apparatus (30). Said edge stop elements can be guided in a cycle synchronized with the grippers (31) at least in the product acceptance area (2.1, 2.2) in such a way that an edge stop element (51) is associated with each gripper (31) in the product transfer zone (2.1, 2.2).
