[origin: EP2617324A1] The device (100) has a closed cuboid housing (10) with a base body and a cover at which an oblong hole is introduced. A chair retainer (4) is moved back and forth into the hole. A rail guide is pivotably arranged at a rotational axis. The rail guide is arranged at a tilting plate (20), which is pivotably mounted at a pivot joint (22). The plate with the rail guide is partly surrounded by the housing. A component (23) e.g. spring element (23.1), is provided to pivot the plate at an angle in relation to a horizontal plane. The spring element is made of elastomeric material. The spring element is a spiral spring and a gas pressure spring.
