The element (10) has a guide surface (22A) obliquely outwardly extending in a longitudinal direction on a longitudinal side. A vertical reflecting visible surface (24) comprises a vertically running wave-like profile and extends in a longitudinal direction of the guide element. The profile is provided with convex half-waves lying at certain distance from each other, where non-profile stripes of the visible surface are laid between the half-waves.
