[origin: EP2617924A2] The door actuator (1) has a housing (2) and an output shaft (3), which is mounted in the housing and is connected with a door leaf for mutual force transmission. A spring (4) is provided for storing the energy for closing or opening the door leaf, and a traction unit (7) is provided for transmitting force between the output shaft and the spring. An end (8) of the traction unit is arranged on the output shaft in a winding- and unwinding manner, and the other end (9) of the traction unit is connected with the spring.
