Abstract (en)
The rotor has a blade and disc assembly that comprises several differently designed rotor blades (10a,10b). The shovel platforms (14a,14b) of the rotor blades are engaged flush with one another. The shovel platforms are provided with a recess portion and a matching projection. The recess portion and matching projection are arranged on edges of the shovel platform in form-locked manner. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing blade and disc assembly of rotor.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rotor für eine Strömungsmaschine, insbesondere für ein Flugzeugtriebwerk, mit einem Schaufelkranz, welcher mehrere unterschiedlich ausgebildete Rotorschaufeln (10a, 10b) mit bündig aneinander anliegenden Schaufelplattformen (14a, 14b) umfasst, wobei der Schaufelkranz wenigstens zwei Gruppen von unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Rotorschaufeln (10a, 10b) umfasst, wobei jeder Gruppe von Rotorschaufeln (10a, 10b) Schaufelplattformen (14a, 14b) zugeordnet sind, welche jeweils mit einer komplementären Schaufelplattform (14a, 14b) wenigstens einer anderen Gruppe von Rotorschaufeln (10a, 10b) und nicht mit einer Schaufelplattform (14a, 14b) derselben Gruppe von Rotorschaufeln (10a, 10b) bündig in Anlage bringbar sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schaufelkranzes eines Rotors für eine Strömungsmaschine sowie ein Flugzeugtriebwerk.
