Abstract (en)
The method involves measuring repeatedly the gas concentration in the cooking appliance and comparing each of two temporally successive measurement values. An extreme value (Me) of the gas concentration is detected as a shut-off condition. The measurement process is continued for a time period after detecting the extreme value. The cooking appliance function is initiated is another shut-off condition is satisfied after detection of the former switch-off condition. An independent claim is included for a cooking appliance with a control unit.

Ein Verfahren zur Regelung eines Garvorganges bei einem Gargerät, bei dem eine sich im Gargerät während des Garvorganges veränderte Gaskonzentration bestimmt wird, umfasst folgende Schritte: - Wiederholtes Messen der Gaskonzentration im Gargerät und Vergleich jeweils zweiter zeitlich aufeinanderfolgender Messwerte (Ma, Ms), - Erkennen eines Extremwertes (Me) der Gaskonzentration als eine erste Abschaltbedingung (A1), - Nach Erkennen des Extremwertes (Me) Fortführen des Messvorganges für eine Zeitdauer (T2) und - Auslösen einer Gargerätefunktion, wenn nach Erkennen der ersten Abschaltbedingung innerhalb der Zeitdauer (T2) zumindest eine weitere Abschaltbedingung (A2) erfüllt wird.
