Abstract (en)
[origin: CA2814965A1] The invention relates to a brush deburring machine (1) for simultaneously deburring opposite ends (8, 9) of a longitudinal profile section arranged in the longitudinal direction (L) during transport in a transport direction (T), comprising two rows, extending in the respective transport direction (T), of transport disks (4, 5) which are arranged offset from each other and which along the respective circumference thereof comprise cut-outs for accommodating the ends (8, 9), which are arranged offset from each other so as to allow the longitudinal profile sections to be transferred in the transport direction (T) by a rotation of the transport disks. The two rows (4, 5) have a distance from each other which can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction (L), starting at a minimum distance of less than 80 mm. The brush deburring machine further comprises two rotatable brush rolls (6, 7), which are oriented in the respective transport direction (T) along one of the two rows (4, 5) and are intended for deburring the two ends (8, 9) of the transported longitudinal profile sections.
