[origin: WO2012038079A1] The present invention relates to an embossing machine including a platen press (310) comprising a stationary platen (320) and a mobile platen (330) performing a reciprocating movement imparted thereto by hinged members forming toggle joints (340). According to the invention, the machine includes a camshaft (380), and each hinged member forming a toggle joint (340) comprises a linking member (390) engaging with a cam (385) supported by the camshaft (380).
