[origin: WO2012038337A1] The invention relates to a folding box (15) and a closing element that can be used to ensure said folding box remains closed when in a closed state. The closing element, in the form of a plastic component, is pressed through two parts (10, 11, 12) of the folding box which lie one over the other when the folding box is in its closed state. These two parts must be pushed against each other in order to open the folding box. This is prevented by the closing element. To be able to open the folding box nonetheless, one of the two parts must be detached from the folding box. The part which is to be detached from the folding box is designed with a perforation (29) in such a manner that it may be detached from the folding box.
