Abstract (en)
Robotic device for resurfacing of crane runway rails by build-up welding, said device comprising traversing rollers a carrying structure for machinery, where the carrying structure is formed by the main beam (2) arranged on web plates (3) with traversing rollers (4), said main beam carrying the main slide (6) movably embedded therein along the longitudinal axis X thereof and provided by the sliding guide (12) on which the bracket (8) is arranged, which is movable along the vertical axis Y and provided with the lower guide on its bottom side, said lower guide carrying the transverse supporting bracket (13) arranged thereon, which is movable along the transversal axis Z, said transverse supporting bracket carrying the lower beam (17) arranged in a fixed position thereon and carrying the supporting frame (20) pivoted thereon by means of the load-bearing tube (32), said supporting frame integrating the measuring device (21), the grinding machine (18) and the welding head (27), the latter being both translationally guided in the front guideway (23) arranged on the face of the supporting frame (20) and pivoted on the swivelling holder (26) making it movable perpendicularly to the axis of the front guideway (23).
