[origin: EP2620738A1] The section has a locking mechanism (60) comprising a tube shaped lock support (62) secured to an end of steering body (50). A cylindrical fixed sleeve (64) includes a fixing annulus (100) secured to the support by an end opposite to a lock wall (80). A mobile sleeve (66) in a form of a tube surrounds the fixed sleeve. A locking device formed of return spring (174), locking piston (176), blocking balls (194) and groove (200) locks the mobile sleeve on a locking barrel (110) in the axis. A helical spring (150) causes the mobile sleeve to slide on the fixed sleeve when the device is deactivated. An independent claim is also included for a tool for resetting locking of a locking mechanism of a steering section.
