Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2620936A2] The element (2) has miter sections (4) formed at reference bending points (3), where the element is bent from a linear-condition in which the element extends along a longitudinal axis (L) to a frame-condition in which the element serves as a frame of a lamp through bending of the bending points. The bending points comprise material thinning (5) formed transverse to the longitudinal axis, where the element is made from aluminum. Locking elements (6) are provided for fixing the frame element in the frame-condition and formed at U-side pieces. An independent claim is also included for a lamp.
