[origin: WO2012045932A1] The present invention relates to a hanger (1) comprising a first part (10), called the supporting part, comprising two lateral arms (11, 12) intended to support an article of clothing, and a second part (20), called the hooking part, comprising a base (21) connecting it to the first, supporting part (10) by a region (13) located between the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12), and a hooking means (22), in particular a hook, which is centred with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12) and is intended to hook the hanger (1) on a support, such as a rail, the hanger (1) being characterized in that the base (21) of the hooking part (20) is off-centre with respect to the free ends (14, 15) of the two lateral arms (11, 12) of the supporting part (10) so as to form a passage cutout (30), for example for a shirt neck to pass through, comprising two edges (31, 32) formed respectively by the supporting part (10) and the hooking part (20), and in that the hooking part (20) comprises at least one gripping means (40).
