The lumbar support (1) has a frame (4) including a recess (5) provided with two opposite bearing devices (6), where the frame is connected to anchoring extensions (7) for releasable anchoring of a backrest. A supporting device (8) is rotatable relative to the frame about a longitudinal axis (9) by the bearing devices. The anchoring projections are formed for height adjustment of the lumbar support on the backrest. The supporting device and the recess are dimensioned such that the supporting device is arranged within the recess. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting a lumbar support for a backrest of a chair.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lordosenstütze (1) für eine Rückenlehne (2) eines Stuhls (3), insbesondere Netzlehne eines Bürostuhls (3), mit einem Rahmen (4), welcher eine Ausnehmung (5) aufweist, welcher zumindest zwei innerhalb der Ausnehmung (5) gegenüberliegende Lagereinrichtungen (6) aufweist und mit zumindest zwei mit dem Rahmen (4) verbundenen Verankerungsfortsätze (7) zur lösbaren Verankerung an der Rückenlehne (2),mit einer in den Lagereinrichtungen (6) gelagerten Stützeinrichtung (8), welche relativ zum Rahmen (4) um eine Längsachse (9) durch die Lagereinrichtungen (6) drehbar ausgebildet ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Rückenlehne und einen Bürostuhl mit einer solchen Lordosenstütze sowie ein Verfahren zum Einstellen der Lordosenstütze.
