Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012045401A1] Dark discoloured specks on facing concrete surfaces can be avoided by the addition to the facing concrete prior to its curing, at least in its region that forms the facing concrete surface after curing, of a discoloration attenuator comprising cations of alkali metals and inorganic and/or organic anions, and/or by the use, for producing at least that region of the facing concrete that forms the facing concrete surface after curing, of a cement having an Na2O equivalent of at least 0.7% by mass, this being achieved through addition of soluble alkalis.
