Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012015342A1] For anchoring of fittings (1) as hinges (6) and striker plates belonging to such building elements as outer doors and windows, reinforcements (4) in form of one or more pieces of sheet-metal are arranged on the back (11) of the frame pieces (10). Fastening means (3) for arranging the fittings (1) to the building element show connection means (23) for engagement in engagement means (24) shown by the reinforcements (4). The reinforcements (4) are in their turn arranged to be able to be anchored to adjacent parts in an opening in a building as to the door or window neighbouring wall elements, posts or corresponding. Via the reinforcements (4), the fittings (1) for the door, or window are going to be anchored in the wall connecting the door or window and by that to the building instead of, as usually, solely in the door frame or window frame.
