[origin: WO2012045422A1] The present invention relates to a weighing module for measuring wheel contact forces of rail-bound vehicles, comprising a measuring rail (1) and a number of strain gauges (2), wherein the strain gauges (2) are applied directly on the measuring rail (1). The measuring rail (1) comprises a load introduction region, made of at least one load introduction part (3), and at least two deformation bodies (4), which are connected fixedly in each case to a load output plate (5) and, via a hinge (6), to the load introduction region. The strain gauges (2) are arranged on the deformation bodies (4) and capture the shear strain acting between the hinges (6) and load output plates (5).
