Abstract (en)
The fastener has a fastening tab (5) on a frame (4) of a window or a door, and a connecting unit connected with an end of a telescopic rod, where the connecting unit is independent of the tab. The connecting unit includes two open rings, where each ring co-operates with an inner wall of a free end of one of tubes (1, 2) forming the telescopic rod and/or with an inner wall of an endpiece (7) for capping the free end of the rod. The endpiece includes a partially cylindrical element intended to prolong the telescopic rod longitudinally. An independent claim is also included for a telescopic rod.

La présente invention concerne une fixation amovible pour une tringle télescopique comportant un ressort intérieur (3) et destinée à supporter un rideau sur un châssis (4) de fenêtre ou de porte, ladite fixation comprenant notamment une patte d'accrochage (5) sur le châssis (4) et d'écartement sur la vitre, et des moyens de liaison avec une extrémité de ladite tringle, lesdits moyens de liaison étant indépendants de la patte (5). Selon l'invention, lesdits moyens de liaison comprennent au moins un premier élément de maintien (61), un deuxième élément de maintien (62), chaque élément coopérant avec la paroi intérieure de l'extrémité libre de l'un des tubes (1,2) formant la tringle télescopique et/ou avec la paroi intérieure d'un embout (7,9) destiné à coiffer l'extrémité libre de ladite tringle.
