A roller blind is fixed to window frame and is provided with foldable blind tarpaulin (6) used as movable cover element and made of PVC. The sensors (2,7) are arranged to monitor the closing position of foldable blind tarpaulin of roller blind. An independent claim is included for a multi-function test structure.
