Abstract (en)
The present disclosure relates to an assembly comprising a protective shield (12) for a helmet, such as a full visor, a partial visor or a chin guard and a pivot (16) adapted to pivot the protective shield (12) on a shell (17) of the helmet (15). The assembly comprises a locking device (24). The locking action is a removable locking action and the locking device (24) is operated so as to lock the protective shield (12) to the pivot and release a connection between the protective shield (12) and the pivot (16).
