The extension (10) has a receiving space (20) for receiving objects such as kitchen utensils, where the receiving space is provided with a storage element (40) on which the kitchen utensils are stored. The storage element includes a wave profile over sections or over an entire surface of the storage element, where the wave profile includes an alternately arranged wave peaks and wave troughs. The wave peaks and wave troughs do not extend themselves partially or all in an extending direction of the extension. An independent claim is also included for a system for attaching a furniture element.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wandstruktur mit einer vorzugsweise vertikalen Oberfläche, wobei die Wandstruktur auf wenigstens einer Seite eine mehrdimensionale Wellengeometrie mit wiederkehrenden Formen aufweist oder aus dieser besteht, deren Wellen sich vorzugsweise in horizontaler Richtung oder vorzugsweise im wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung erstrecken, wobei die Wellengeometrie insbesondere eine Prismenstruktur aufweisen kann, und wobei die Wellengeometrie ein oder mehrere Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere Nuten aufweist, in und/oder an denen ein oder mehrere Elemente angeordnet sind oder angeordnet werden können, wobei die Befestigungsmittel sowie die genannten Elemente derart ausgebildet sind, dass wenigstens eines der Elemente an unterschiedlichen Positionen der Wandstruktur fixierbar ist.
