The device (40) has a braking- and locking unit, a transmission system and a control knob, where the braking- and locking unit restricts or prevents the rotational movement of a tool holder (45). The transmission system is arranged between the control knob and the braking- and locking unit from transmitting force from the control knob to the braking- and locking unit. The actuation of the control knob cancels the effect of the braking- and locking unit. The transmission system has an actuator, which cancels the effect of the braking- and locking unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (40) zum Wechseln des Oberwerkzeugs (10.1) einer Stanz- und/oder Prägestation (2) einer Flachbett-Bogenstanz- und /oder - prägemaschine (100), wobei die Vorrichtung (40) eine drehbare Werkzeugaufnahme (45) zum Aufnehmen und Bereitstellen des Oberwerkzeugs (10.1) in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Bereitstellebene (r) besitzt. Erfindungsgemäß besitzt die Vorrichtung (40) eine Brems- und Arretiereinheit (408), ein Übertragungssystem (410) und einen Betätigungsknopf (406). Die Brems- und Arretiereinheit (408) schränkt die Drehbeweglichkeit der Werkzeugaufnahme (45) ein bzw. verhindert sie und das Übertragungssystem (410) ist zwischen dem Betätigungsknopf (401) und der Brems- und Arretiereinheit (408) angeordnet zur Übertragung einer Kraft vom Betätigungsknopf (401) auf die Brems- und Arretiereinheit (408), wobei die händische Betätigung des Betätigungsknopfes (401) die Wirkung der Brems- und Arretiereinheit (408) aufhebt und somit ein einfaches Verdrehen ermöglicht.
