Abstract (en)

The laundry treatment unit (10) has a work space (12) and ventilation openings (42) for blowing process air into the work space. A portion of the ventilation openings is provided at the ceiling (41) of the work space to generate air flow (43) directed downward from the ceiling. An auxiliary unit (60) is provided in the work space for generating airflow directed obliquely upward. The auxiliary unit has a fan obliquely arranged relative to vertical blowing direction, which sucks air from the work space and delivers into the airflow directed obliquely upward.

Es ist ein Wäschebehandlungsschrank (10) mit einem Nutzraum (12) beschrieben. An der Decke des Nutzraums (12) sind Belüftungsöffnungen (42) zum Einblasen von Prozessluft von oben vorgesehen, sowie Hilfsmittel (60) zum Erzeugen eines schräg nach oben gerichteten im Nutzraum (12) verlaufenden Luftstroms. Mit den genannten Hilfsmitteln (60) kann eine bessere Verteilung der Prozessluft erzeugt werden. Hierdurch reduzieren sich die Prozessdauer und der Energieverbrauch und die Homogenität der Behandlung wird verbessert.
