Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2628874A2] The lock cylinder has two housing portions (12) which are interconnected with variable spacing by an elongated coupling element (14). The coupling element is retained in receptacles of the housing portions along the longitudinal axis of the lock cylinder. The coupling element is adjustable between locking position in which the coupling element is axially locked in the receptacles, and an adjustment position in which the coupling element is axially slidably received in the receptacles by rotation about the longitudinal axis.
