Abstract (en)
The rope (100) has loops (112, 113) formed such that the rope is fixed with the loops at respective anchorage points. Fibers (110) in a portion (S) of the rope are embedded into a shaping matrix material (120) e.g. duroplastic material and/or thermoplastic material and/or elastomer, so that the rope in a region of the portion exhibits a defined and fixed cross section area and -form. The fibers are connected to form the rope. A large portion of the fibers embedded in the matrix material runs elongated to each other in an untwisted manner, where the matrix material comprises silicone. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a high safety rope.

Endlosseil (100), wobei eine Vielzahl von Fasern zur Bildung des Endlosseils (100) verbunden sind. Das Endlosseil (100) weist eine erste Schlaufe (112) und eine zweite Schlaufe (113) auf. Die Fasern (110) sind in mindestens einem Abschnitt (S) des Endlosseils (100) in ein formgebendes Matrixmaterial (120) eingebettet, sodass das Endlosseil (100) im Bereich des Abschnitts (S) eine definierte und fixierte Querschnittsfläche und Querschnittsform aufweist. Das Endlosseil (100) kann als Hochsicherheitsseil (100) zur Fixierung eines Rades über eine Radaufhängung mit dem Chassis eines Rennautos eingesetzt werden. Das Endlosseil (100) ist mit der ersten Schlaufe (112) an ein Rad fixierbar und mit der zweiten Schlaufe (113) an dem Chassis eines Rennautos fixierbar. Das Endlosseil (100) ist mit verringerte Bauhöhe bei ausreichender Querschnittsflächengrösse einbaubar.
